Forget singing, Jason Michael Carroll wants to be a great dad
Music may support his family, but country singer Jason Michael Carroll will never put it before his children -- Gavin Michael, 7, Savanna Nicole, 6, Stori Paige, 4, and J.W., 2 -- stating, "being close to my kids is more important."
And despite a career that keeps him on the go, the 30-year-old admits that his greatest fear is that his kids will grow up resenting him because of it.
All of this [success] can go away, but it's really important that my kids know I tried to make a good life for them and be a good dad. My kids will know I worked my tail off to provide a better life for them.
