Body After Baby: J.Lo, Jaime Pressly and Mel B's Secrets
Three celebrity trainers give PEOPLE the scoop on their client's bikini-worthy post-baby bodies. (Sounds like a lot of hard work to us! We're tired just thinking about it.)
Mel B: To get the Spice Girl in shape for Dancing with the Stars, trainer Joey Kormier did twice-daily cardio sessions with the 33-year-old singer. These days, her shape is maintained with 60-minute video workouts, every day.
Jennifer Lopez: J.Lo's isn't just losing her baby weight, she's preparing for a triathlon! Trainer Gunnar Peterson says the star alternates 35-minute runs with swimming and 50-minute bike rides, up to six times a week.
Jaime Pressly: Mike Jones, who works with the sitcom star (pictured) daily, tells PEOPLE that "keeping her butt firm is definitely a focus!" The My Name is Earl star trains up to two hours a day.
